		<description>There was a bad Victorian poem about a wheel of cheese at a Toronto trade fair in the 1850s (I am going to try and find you a link, I read it years ago in an anthology of bad verse called The Stuffed Owl)- here&#039;s a link that mentions it and the poem, which begins:

We have seen thee, queen of cheese
Lying quietly at your ease
Gently fanned by evening breeze
Thy fair form no flies doth seize
